The art replication is poggers on this one and looks spot on with the original designs, to answer your sources about the Pico styles that you mentioned down below (Since I'm NG archiving freak and I research about art stuff a lot lol)

The rating system icons, the bulbous Pico was definitely done by MindChamber! From the 2010 era is where he made Pico roundish, this can be spotted in the Pico day 2011 banner of him and Piconjo, the stickers featuring Nene and Darnell or the 4th annual tank awards video

The rating system styled icon you replicated here were based off Pico 2 assets with that little curve to his hair (Introduced in 2001, using the flat colors while the shaded ones plus the Nene and Darnell ones were introduced around in 2009) This style also occurs in the blam protect medal

The style for NG Rumble and Unloaded was also spotted in Resident Pico and of course, the old Pico 2 screenshots! Even before those cool redesigns, there was two more styles he had around in 2002 as concept art (Also reused as official assets around the site in 2004 after revamping the site layout) since Fulp wanted to expand his character's looks
